ANSI/ESD S20.20 Table 1 Work Surface optional technical requirement recommended range less than 100 volts tested per ESD STM4.2.
Per paragraph 1.1 Purpose “The purpose of this standard is to aid in determining the ability of ESD protective worksurfaces to dissipate charge from a conductive test object placed on them.”
Per 4.1 Test Apparatus “The test apparatus and configuration used in this standard is shown in Figure 1. It includes a disk assembly, test sample support table, disk raising/lowering mechanism (RLM), control panel and contact timer, test cabling, disk suspension cord, and apparatus housing.”
