Question
I am the new QA person here and I am in the process of writing ESD procedures. The company has no ESD procedures. Do you have any suggestions where I may fine information on ESD procedures? - Anonymous, Dallas, TX
Answer
Sure. There are several sources. The best is to start with the ESD Association:
http://esda.org/
They have a Program Standard which covers the constraints and design of an ESD Control program, ANSI/ESD-S20.20, which you can download for free.
